How it Works
FROM MODEL TO MOVE-IN READY
Once you've found the right pool for your backyard, the path from selection to swimming is more straightforward than most homeowners expect. Here's what the process looks like with Hawaiian Island Pools.

1
FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION
We visit your property, assess your yard, and talk through your options in person. No sales office. No pressure to decide on the spot. You'll get honest answers about sizing, placement, county permitting requirements, and a clear price estimate — before you're committed to anything.
MODEL SELECTION & PERMITTING
You choose your fiberglass pool model from our award-winning lineup. We handle every permit required by Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County — paperwork, submissions, inspections. Most homeowners never have to set foot in a permit office.

3
EXCAVATION & SHELL INSTALLATION
Once your permits are approved, we'll confirm your installation schedule and begin preparing your site. From excavation and shell placement to decking, equipment startup and filling the pool with water, most fiberglass pool installations are completed in approximately 4-5 weeks, depending on weather and site conditions.
FINAL INSPECTION & HANDOVER
Before we call the job complete, we walk the finished pool with you. Equipment is tested, water chemistry is balanced, and we cover everything you need to know about caring for your new pool. You'll have our direct contact, not a call center, if any questions come up after we leave.
